Leadership Team
Jody Kelly
General Manager
Jody Kelly has been with Park Place Seniors Living (The Residence management company) since 2008 in Food & Beverage Manager/Head Chef roles before starting as the General Manager at The Residence at Orchards Walk. Since joining the team, Park Place Seniors Living has grown from eleven seniors communities to 40 and counting.
Jody holds the ticket of a Red Sealed Chef with over 23 years of experience. He's worked at Rogers Arena, Swaneset Golf Course, and the Vancouver Golf & Country Club. Jody has been seconded to numerous Park Place Seniors Living locations to share his expertise in various areas of operations.
Jody's lovely wife Tammy, his son Morgan, and daughter Scarlet, and their beautiful chocolate lab, relocated to Kamloops from the lower mainland. They take full advantage of what the area has to offer. Between working and chasing after two little ones, Jody manages to run a few marathons, do some trail running, and take family walks along the North Thompson River. Jody and his family love adventure and experiencing new things. They use these opportunities as learning for Morgan and Scarlet.
The General Manager office is located right beside the front doors. The door is always open, and Jody enjoys having our Members pop by to say hello.

Welcome to the Family
Founded by Al and Jenny Jina, Park Place Seniors Living is a family owned and operated company based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Starting out as a nurse, Jenny has worked with Seniors her entire life. Together with her husband Al, they opened their first location in Nelson, BC in 1993 with a goal to enrich the lives of seniors and define a new quality of care.
Today, the Park Place family has grown to include more than 35 residences located in communities throughout BC, Alberta and Ontario.
